For 30 years, Bay-CSS has provided personalized services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in four Maryland counties. Employment productivity, meaningful community involvement, and independence are the cornerstones of our agency. We are committed to the belief that every individual, regardless of their ability or disability, is afforded the opportunities and skills necessary to work, live, and participate in their local community. Our services are specially tailored to support varying levels of intellectual abilities and physical mobility. All of Bay-CSS’ programs are licensed through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA).
Bay-CSS’ Supported Living Program includes Individual Support Services and Personal Supports. These services are provided to individuals living in their own homes, and are tailored to meet an individual’s needs and goals.
Bay-CSS’ Supported Employment Program offers individualized skill assessment, case management, job development and placement, transportation, job coaching, as well as other supports a person might need to maintain employment.
Bay-CSS Activity Centers are hubs of learning and socialization. They provide a variety of opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to develop the skills and supports they need to improve the quality of their lives. The programs that we provide all share commitment to helping participants reach their highest potential and maximize their ability to develop valued roles and meaningful relationship in the community.
